Appointments
We work hard to provide prompt care that meets your needs and always take the time to discuss your treatment options.
Treatment usually takes place the same day as your initial consultation. In some cases, however, it is necessary to schedule treatment for a later date.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and limited hours on Friday. Please call 770-631-2728 for additional information or to schedule an appointment.
To help us provide the best, most efficient care possible, please provide the following information at the time of your visit:
- Your referral slip from the Referring Dentist
- Any applicable x-rays
- A list of medications you are presently taking
- A copy of your dental insurance card, if a claim is to be filed
IMPORTANT: Your health is our top priority. Please let us know if you have a medical condition that could influence or interfere with your treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, intravenous ports or shunts, osteoporosis, cancer treatment, etc.).
