Meet Dr. Brown
Endondontist in Peachtree City
Dr. George Brown, Jr. is a native of Lexington, KY and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1993. Dr. Brown spent nine years in general practice in Lexington, five of those years operating his own practice which was started from scratch. He also served as a clinical instructor at the UK College of Dentistry during this time.
In 2002, Dr. Brown took a huge leap of faith in selling his thriving general practice, uprooting his wife and children, and moving to Cleveland, OH to began his endodontic training after gaining acceptance to Case Western Reserve University.
In 2004, Dr. Brown completed his specialty training at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, OH. He received a Certificate in Endodontics along with a Master of Science in Dentistry. Two months after graduation, Peachtree Endodontics was opened in Peachtree City, GA.
Dr. Brown met his loving wife, Rena, at the University of Kentucky. They have been married for more than 20 wonderful years. They have two sons, Trey and Nicholas. Trey is currently a college student at the University of Kentucky and Nicholas attends a local area high school. Nicholas vows to break the family tradition and plans to attend college anywhere but the University of Kentucky.
The Browns are very active in the Metro Atlanta community. They both serve as Sunday school teachers at their church. He volunteers on a regular basis for the Fayette Care Clinic in Fayetteville.
Dr. Brown loves sports but is a basketball fanatic. He especially enjoys cheering for the Kentucky Wildcats and the Atlanta Hawks.
